Winning and launching a major digital partnership

Tempur-Pedic is one of the most recognized brands in the sleep industry. As competition in the category intensified and consumer behavior shifted online, the company needed a stronger direct-to-consumer digital strategy.

As Creative Director on the agency pitch team, I helped lead the work that won the Tempur-Sealy business and established the foundation for the partnership. Our early efforts focused on CRM, performance-driven digital campaigns, and strengthening the brand’s e-commerce presence.

The engagement grew into a long-term digital AOR relationship supporting Tempur-Sealy’s family of brands across campaigns, content, and platform marketing.

We began by redesigning Tempur-Pedic’s e-commerce experience to better explain the unique benefits of TEMPUR material and clarify the differences between mattress collections. Because the category can be confusing for consumers, we focused on simplifying the research and buying journey—helping shoppers easily compare products, understand key features, and confidently choose the mattress that was right for them.

To support the broader customer journey, we also developed CRM campaigns and targeted landing pages designed for different stages of the research process. These experiences helped guide potential customers toward the right products while reinforcing Tempur-Pedic’s expertise in sleep technology.
