Hi, I’m Darci! 👋

I’m an NYC Creative Director who crafts fun, functional digital experiences for brands, products, and games. My focus is on design, but I often write the copy, too. :)

For over 20 years I’ve worked across advertising, product, and games, helping teams turn ideas into clear stories, strong brands, and thoughtful digital experiences. I’m still very hands-on with everything I do and love leading teams.

I’ve spent the last four years as VP, Creative Director for startup game studio Riftweaver, helping to build our flagship game, Fablecraft. My work has spanned early fundraising and product development through branding, product design, art direction, narrative worldbuilding, and marketing.

Previously, I was Chief Creative Officer at thelab, where I helped to grow the agency’s digital arm, building a 40-person creative team, and leading work across brand, product, and content.

Prior to that, I’ve spent time at Digitas (CD), Grey (ACD), and Organic (Art Director).
